What is the minimum number for lot?
Could you inform us the minimum line for small lot?
We don’t fix the minimum number. We accept your request number.
However, the small number makes it comparatively expensive.
Please give us the indication of the price.
The price depends on the product, because our product is made to order.
Can we request a material?
We mainly use “mil pax” which is made with 100% recycled milk carton.
If you prefer other materials, please let us know. We prepare other materials.
Do you have ready-made package?
In principle, we sell only original made to order product.
Please let us know if you have any question about ready-made product.
Can we make our original box?
We propose better and the best product after we ask your request and budget.
Original box makes the product value increase. We recommend it especially for gift or special product.
Does the sample cost?
Basically, we provide the sample for free, exclusive of delivery fee.
In case that you need a lot of samples, specify the paper and request original printing, the customer is expected to pay the cost for the paper and printing.
Can you make prints?
We can provide offset printing, serigraph and embossing.
We won’t recommend a small lot of offset printing, because it is relatively expensive.
Please be assured that we estimate and ask you in advance.
When is the deadline?
Usually, it takes about 2～4 weeks after receiving formal order.(hand over at our factory)
If you are in a hurry, we handle it as rapid as possible.
Is there any package which is small lot and cheap but looks luxury?
We have confident about producing luxury package as we provide it to a lot of customers.
It is difficult to make a sample of small lot and cheap cost. Therefore, we need to talk about it.
How is the shape?
Is cylindrical form possible?
It is possible to produce varied shapes by means of v-cut process.
We can provide between triangle and cylinder.
Can you send us the catalogue or the information?
We don’t prepare our catalogue or information book. Please check our website.

How is the delivery form?
Is it possible to receive installment delivery?
We deliver the completed product packed in the cardboard box.
In some cases, a customer builds the package by themselves.
Installment delivery is capable.
How much is the minimum size?
Can you produce a small box?
As a matter of machine, too much small box is not capable.
If you let us know your required size, we figure out whether we can or not.
