We received the inquiry through our web page.
This order was small lot such as 200 square boxes and 150 rectangle ones. The customer requested to insert a kind of photographic printing, but we proposed to use sticker instead of it, because the photographic image costs relatively high at small lot.
We delivered the boxes after we attached the sticker provided from the customer. (To request the customer to provide something is one of our approaches to their cost saving.)
If the material to set up and the sticker are the same size, a problem of adhesion deviation may occur. Therefore, we built the boxes after attaching a seal which was one size bigger and trimmed the overlapping paper. With regard to the rectangular package, as black paper is attached to milk carton paper, it gives a smart, quality appearance.
Square package utilizes the characteristic of milk carton paper and creates simple and soft image. Both types of packages became well-finished by means of using sticker.
These kinds of packages are normally detestable to other package companies. They cost, time and money. All the more so with small lot.
In producing a package which our customer is satisfied with, we would like to try to design and produce a package which has never seen before making use of our experience, previous achievements, originality and ingenuity.
